4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

  • Incorrect pricing is displayed.

  • The product is unavailable.

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.

  • Payment verification fails.

If payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

We accept secure online payments through Razorpay and other payment methods available during checkout, including:

6. Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery timelines generally range from 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.

Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our control are not our responsibility.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Products that are opened or used cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

8. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
